The other day when I was in the bathroom, I looked over at our toilet paper holder. I consciously thought about how much I appreciate this style. It is much easier to change the roll. And because of that, I am not the only one in the house that actually changes it.
Sometimes it really is the little things that make us happy.

With all of our crazy transitions this year and still being in a “temporary” place I really really value: vacuum cleaners (we didn’t have one for months and even with hardwood floors mostly, I missed it) and toilet brushes (I’ve been emptying the water as much as possible and then scrubbing with a rag). I have resisted purchasing these items as I know they’ll be at our new house (which we’re thankfully moving to in a week!).
